| I would like to order but I'm not a retailer. |
| We're sorry but currently our shopping basket facility is for trade customers only. Please contact us if you would like details of your nearest stockist. |

| I would like to view the prices of your products. |
| We need to make sure you are a bona fide business before we release our trade prices, so you will need to create an account first. We will check that you are an existing customer or that you have the necessary credentials to open a business account with us. |

| How do I use the online shopping function? |
| Firstly, go to 'Log In' (top right of this screen) to open an account. You will need this account to store all your details so that you save time in future. Once your account has been created, you can start shopping. To buy a card, click on 'Add to basket' underneath the picture. The product will appear in your shopping cart on the left of the screen. If you would like to see a larger picture of the card or would like information about the dimensions, click on the picture. If at any time you would like to remind yourself of the cards you have selected, go to 'Basket'. Here you can also amend quantities and remove products. Remember to click on Update to save your changes. Once you are happy with any changes you have made, continue to 'Checkout'. |

| What are the payment options? |

| How do I pay if I am an existing customer? |
| If you have an existing credit account with us, you may choose the On Account option. Confirm your order, and we will invoice you as usual. |

| How do I pay if I am a new customer? |
| If you are a new customer, first order is pro forma so you will need to pay online using the credit/debit card option or send us a cheque. To get a thirty days credit facility for future orders, you will need to fill out a Credit Account Application Form. |

| I would prefer not to order online, but still want to purchase your products. |
| Download an order form and return to us by fax or post. Minimum order is £90 and carriage free is £150 minimum, otherwise delivery is £7. If you are a new customer, you will need to send payment with the order. |

| I am trying to increase my order to the minimum amount by increasing quantities, but the computer isn't adding on the additional packs. |
| After removing a product or amending a quantity, you must click the Update button. This will recalculate your order amount. |

I have forgotten my password. |
| Click on the Password forgotten? text under the login boxes. We will send your password to your email address. |

| Why is the computer adding quantities in units of 1? |
| Our cards are packed in 6's. 6 cards = 1 unit. |

| I am having technical difficulties. |
| If your computer is running slowly or 'hangs', one of your applications may be using up all the memory. Try closing all your applications and rebooting the computer. If possible, have less windows open. If you are experiencing continuous difficulties and think that your computer's problem is with this site alone, let us know. |

| Will my details be secure? |
Glebe Cottage Ltd uses Paypal to process your payment. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Your information resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Paypal's servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers. |
